We had a great waitress and it was a nice place. My family's food was great. I ordered the parmesan cursted sirloin steak. I asked for medium-rare. It came rare to blue in places. I sent it back, and they placed the same steak onto the grill and gave it back to me. It tasted like rubber, was somehow still cold (my vegetables were warmer than the steak), some places were well-done others were medium, and nothing was done to remedy the situation other than passing a message to the chef that it tasted disgusting. The waiter said that it was a new steak, but I saw where I had cut into it previously. We still paid the $28 for it. I didn't eat the steak, and am still hungry. It was such a disappointment, because I know they can do better. If this had been my first time coming here, I wouldn't come again. Do better.

Pietro's is consistently excellent! The Italian food is delicious whatever you order. Pietro's is the only restaurant I'm aware of today that the serves homemade warm rolls at no additional charge. If you get a table near enough to the kitchen, the aroma of their rolls is so nice! Service is always friendly and usually very good. Colleen is an outstanding server, personable, friendly to all, and very efficient.

This is a MUST for REAL HOMEMADE ITALIAN FOOD 😋 HOMEMADE PASTA that had me sold!!! The service was 💯 thanks to David for the Awesome hospitality and waiting on us!!! And LOTS of PARKING so you don't have to drive around and look for a parking space!!!!

This was our first visit to Pietro’s Italian Restaurant, and it definitely won’t be our last! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. Our waiter, David, was especially attentive and polite, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. We started with the triple pepperoni bread as an appetizer, and it was absolutely delicious — the perfect way to kick off the meal. For our entrées, we ordered the Northern Combination and the Chicken Parmesan, and both dishes were outstanding. Everything was flavorful, perfectly prepared, and generously portioned. If you’re craving authentic, satisfying Italian food, we highly recommend giving this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Very sad and disappointed with our experience tonight. I made Valentine’s Day reservations for my husband and me three weeks in advance and was really looking forward to the wonderful experience I remembered from past years. Even though we had a reservation, we were seated in the very back of the building in what felt like an overflow room. We waited about 10–15 minutes before anyone even greeted us, and we started to wonder if the hostess had forgotten we were there. Unfortunately, the first thing that did greet us was the constant drip, drip, drip from the ceiling onto the carpet next to our table, along with a strange smell coming from above. We did stay, but our meal lasted only about 40 minutes because we asked for the check as soon as our main course arrived. We were extremely disappointed and honestly a bit grossed out by the entire experience. We won’t be returning for a very long time. This truly breaks my heart because we have celebrated the last three Valentine’s Days here, hosted my bachelorette party weekend, and even had our rehearsal dinner catered by this restaurant. I’m not sure if there is new management, but tonight’s experience was very sad and unexpected.
